At the end of each day I sit and reflect on my day. What did I say? Who did I say it to? How did it sound? Was it true? Could I have handled it differently?
It’s so easy to lose sight of our purpose in life when life slaps us in the face all day long. Stress and worry will overwhelm us if we’re not careful.
I encourage you to be great full of what you have in front of you. When we spend all our lives looking at what we don’t have in life, we will miss out on all the blessings we do have.
Sometimes it’s the small things in life that get overlooked but are really in essence of the most importance. The simple fact that you are reading this at this very moment is a blessing in itself since you are alive, have eyes, can see, can read and evidently have some sort of technology to read it with and likely sitting in the air conditioning.
Stop complaining and be Great full!
In His Service,
Pastor Shane

That’s a good word, brother. It really is easy to find all the wrong and overlook the blessing. Thanks for sharing your struggle so I know I’m not alone in the fight.

I am setting on a boat, about to get off this evening and absolutely every thing you said is true! I am blessed! I worked and had a solid income for the entirety of 2020, as did Sharla. We had struggles with family, but GOD is FAITHFUL and TRUE. I may not have an email telling me how I will be getting home, but I know I have worked beyond my initial expectation, while others are still struggling, financially, with the oil industry in turmoil. I have realized, through studies this hitch out, that GOD speaks of the End times through out the Bible Old and New Testaments. It is exciting and though I have heard much of it before it seems to be sinking in. GOD’s Plan will unfold, just as HE said! Where will we stand when the Rapture occurs? I hope in Christ and expect to be ready and waiting!
I did not see the updated sermons. I only saw a couple from last year.
