Effie Bassett was born in Buffalo, TX in 1979 and grew up involved as a member of First Baptist Church of Buffalo. Effie and Johnnie were married in 2007 and raised their blended family in Palestine, TX. The family moved to Riverside, TX in 2021 and became members of Faith Baptist Church. Effie felt God’s calling to accept the position of Treasurer and feels blessed to have found a place in the church family.
